Project Overview
The objective of this project was to modernize and streamline the institution's curriculum development process by creating a centralized Curriculum Lifecycle Management System. The platform was designed to serve as a single source of truth for curriculum proposals, providing faculty and administrators with standardized workflows, project dashboards, document management, reporting tools, and shared resources. By improving process visibility, facilitating collaboration across academic departments, and reducing manual administrative tasks, the system created a more efficient and transparent curriculum governance process while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
