Curriculum Management System

This project involved developing a centralized curriculum management system designed to streamline course and program proposal workflows, improve communication across departments, and increase transparency in the curriculum lifecycle. The system integrates dashboards, workflow tracking, and shared resources to support faculty, administrators, and curriculum committees.

Problem

Our College lacked a unified, transparent workflow for curriculum creation, revision, and expiration. Departments operated in silos, approval steps were unclear, and communication breakdowns delayed course and program updates.
